The City of Bainbridge Island’s Procurement Policy allows the utilization of the Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC) Small Works Roster for non-Federally funded public works projects with an estimated cost less than $350,000, and the Consultant Roster for non-Architectural, Engineering and Surveying professional services with an estimated cost of $25,000 to $99,999.
