Annual Drainage Project


Project Overview

The Annual Drainage program works to improve drainage conditions on the Island through small drainage improvement projects including but not limited to culvert repairs and replacement of aging storm drain lines that carry storm runoff from one side of the road to the other. Work this year includes repair of existing storm culverts, the addition of new drainage pipes, landscape mitigation, manhole structure repairs, ditch work, etc. The benefits of the proposed projects are to reduce possible flooding and/or pipe failures in the future. 

Update:

The 2022 Annual Drainage project includes repairs to the drainage systems at localized points on Seaborn Road with bid alternates at Soundview Drive NE, Battle Point Drive NE, and Kallgren Road NE.  See location map link below:
