This project was completed in 2025. 

The Japanese American Exclusion Memorial Water Line Extension Project extended the water main along Eagle Harbor Drive and installed one fire hydrant and one service connection from the existing 12-inch main in NE Old Creosote Hill Road west to the entrance to the Bainbridge Island Japanese American Exclusion Memorial Center. This work included the installation of 2,119-lineal feet of 10-inch ductile iron pipe water main along Eagle Harbor Drive, 273-lineal feet of 8-inch ductile iron pipe water main into the Bainbridge Island Japanese American Exclusion Memorial site owned by Bainbridge Island Metropolitan Parks & Recreation District, one fire hydrant and one water meter and associated pavement, shoulder, and landscape restoration.
