Project Overview

The Country Club Road Reconstruction project will address the existing deteriorating road conditions and drainage issues between Toe Jam Hill Road and 11163 NE Country Club Road. The work will include full road reconstruction and repaving. During the project the existing surface will be ground up, graded and then paved. During construction the road will look like a gravel road and will require a significant amount of work before final paving will occur. We thank you all for your patience and kindness to the construction workers and City employees as we work to bring this section of road back to a better condition.

Project Status Update
This project was completed in 2025. 

May 2025: Construction is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 9th, with completion expected at the end of July. 

January 2025: The construction contract was awarded to Seton Construction by City Council on January 28th. 

December 2024: Bids were opened on December 11th and the apparent low bidder was vetted.

November 2024: Design was signed and completed by the consultant and this project was  advertised to bid 

September 2024:The City coordinated with Puget Sound Energy for pole relocation. Construction is expected to occur in the spring and summer of 2025 with the pole relocation occurring prior to construction.
