Mark Your Calendar: April Ward Meetings

North Ward Meeting

Got something on your mind to share with the City Council? Please join them for a discussion at the April Ward meetings. The Ward meetings are an opportunity to meet with your elected officials in a casual setting to talk about topics that are important to you. There's no agenda - just a casual conversation.

"I enjoy the opportunity to hear a mixed range of views from a large number of people on various topics," said Mayor Kol Medina. "The process of making good public policy and laws does not work without members of the public being involved, such as through Ward meetings."

  • South Ward meeting with Councilmembers Sarah Blossom and Matt Tirman and At-large Councilmember Ron Peltier: Saturday, April 13; Island Center Hall; 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • North Ward meeting with Mayor Kol Medina, Councilmember Joe Deets and At-large Councilmember Ron Peltier: Saturday, April 27; Seabold Hall; 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Central Ward meeting with Deputy Mayor Leslie Schneider, Councilmember Rasham Nassar and At-large Councilmember Ron Peltier: Saturday, April 27; City Hall; 1 to 3 p.m.

"The City is a reflection of our community’s aspirations, and Ward Meetings are a great way to let your public officials know what you want them to do," said Councilmember Joe Deets.
