YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Bainbridge Island City Council will conduct a public hearing on August 24, 2021, to receive public comment in person or in writing on Ordinance No. 2021-10 relating to bonus floor area ratio and amending Sections 18.12.030.E, 18.12.050, 18.24.010, 18.27.040, and 18.27.080 of the Bainbridge Island Municipal Code.
The public hearing will be held as part of the City Council meeting which begins at 6:00 p.m. on the Zoom webinar platform. A link to the webinar and agenda will be provided to the public on August 20, 2021.
If you are unable to participate in person or by video conference, comments may be submitted to the City Clerk by first class mail or by email at email@example.com. Written comments may be submitted until the closure of the public hearing on August 24, 2021, unless otherwise extended by the City Council.
