PROPOSED ROAD VACATION
PORTION OF PT. MONROE DRIVE
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, pursuant to BIMC 12.34.080, that the Bainbridge Island City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, November 26, 2019, to receive public comment regarding a proposal to vacate a public right-of-way located on Pt. Monroe Drive abutting Tax Parcel Nos. 4155-000-046-0100, 4155-000-112-0000, 4155-000-045-0101, and 4155-000-113-0009.
The public hearing will be conducted as part of the regularly scheduled City Council meeting which begins at 6:00 PM in Council Chambers, City Hall, 280 Madison Avenue N., Bainbridge Island, WA 98110.
YOU ARE INVITED to attend the public hearing and present oral or written comments. If you are unable to attend, you may submit comments to the City Clerk via hand-delivery, first class mail, or by email at cityclerk@bainbridgewa.gov. Written comments may be submitted until the closure of the public hearing on November 26, 2019.
