The City plans to hold a Public Hearing on June 14th for the proposed draft Ordinance 2022-11 revising BIMC 15.20, Surface Water and Stormwater Management, to adopt the 2019 Stormwater Management Manual of Western Washington.
Site Assessment Requirements
Effective October 1, 2017, all projects are required to complete a Site Assessment Review (SAR) prior to submission of any land use or building permit.
