Japanese American Exclusion Memorial (JAEM)/ Pritchard Park Outfall Relocation Project

(Formerly Nikkei Memorial Outfall Relocation project)

Description

The Pritchard Park Stormwater Outfall project generally consists of relocating a stormwater outfall diffusion structure, replacing the storm drain piping, and replanting landscaped areas.  Work also includes installing a diffuser and a vegetation pad to reduce the impact of the outfall on the shore; installing a set of stairs adjacent to the outfall for beach access, and protecting trees in place surrounding the project site.
