The existing stormwater outfall at Ravine Creek is currently undersized and does not extend to the high-water mark of the creek. The outfall needs to be replaced in order to accommodate the projected flows from the basin. The Winslow Way Ravine Outfall project consists of replacing approximately 100 LF of storm piping near Waypoint Park (SR305 / Winslow Way) and install energy dissipation gabion basket structures and other miscellaneous work.
The Winslow Way Ravine Outfall project was awarded at the April 10, 2018 City Council meeting then re-awarded at the July 10, 2018 meeting.
Construction is expected to start mid September and anticipated completion in November.
10/25/18 - Project is substantially complete and the sidewalk is open.
