VILLAGE PUMP STATION

DESCRIPTION

The Village Pump Station project site is located in the southeast corner of the existing development at Hildebrand Lane. This pump station is the 2nd largest in the City and more than a dozen pump stations feed into the Village sewer basin. It was originally constructed in the 1970’s and has never been rebuilt and the wet well configuration is difficult to access and monitor due to the original design.

This project has been on the Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) for replacement for several years due to increased maintenance and unreliability issues. The design was awarded in April of 2017.
